Manage your account

Use account settings to update personal details, language, security, and app preferences.

Open account settings

In a connected app such as Files, open your user menu and choose settings.

Update personal information

Keep your display name and email address accurate. Other users see these details when they share files, invite you to meetings, or search contacts.

Change language or locale

Use personal settings to adjust language, time format, and regional preferences when available. Calendar and file timestamps are easier to read when these match your normal working locale.

Review security settings

Check security settings for active sessions and app access. Remove sessions you do not recognize.

Sign out

Use sign out when working from a shared computer. Closing the browser window is not the same as signing out.
